Infinity IT Group Support Tickets
Your monthly support ticket allowance is defined in your SLA contract, based on the agreed service scope.
Once your monthly ticket allocation is fully used, you may:
– Wait until the next billing month, or
– Purchase additional tickets (Standard or Express) at an extra cost
Pricing depends on the scope of work and agreement. Please submit a request and we will provide a quotation accordingly.
Payment for additional or Express tickets is handled separately from your SLA. A quotation will be issued for approval before the service proceeds.
No. Unused tickets cannot be carried forward or rolled over. Ticket allocations reset according to your SLA billing cycle.
Standard Ticket: Handled according to standard SLA response and resolution times
Express Ticket: Prioritized handling with faster response times (additional charges apply)
